The Greater Monadnock Public Health Network (GMPHN) is a dedicated consortium of individuals and multi-sector organizations working to enhance the health and safety of community residents. Serving 33 towns across Cheshire and Hillsborough counties, GMPHN has been an active force since 2010, with Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) holding a seat on its Leadership Council since 2013.

GMPHN has a rich history, beginning in the early 2000s and formalizing as one of New Hampshire’s first Regional Public Health Networks in 2003. Today, it serves as a role model for public health efforts across the state, coordinating a wide range of community health and safety initiatives.

One of GMPHN’s most visible contributions has been its leadership in the COVID-19 vaccine administration program. Through partnerships with local organizations, the network’s clinic at 110 Krif Road in Keene successfully vaccinated tens of thousands of residents. MCH played a crucial role by helping over 1,500 community members receive their vaccines earlier than scheduled, showcasing the power of collaboration.

“We are proud to partner with GMPHN and look forward to continuing our work together,” says LeeAnn Clark Moore, Philanthropy & Community Relations Manager at MCH.
