The fall session of the Core4 Weight Management Program meets Wednesdays from September 23 through December 16, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the Bond Wellness Center conference room. There is no meeting on November 25.
Core4 offers a practical, supportive approach to weight management, nutrition, and everyday routines. The program focuses on eating, exercise, education, and energy, and includes two one-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian, weekly group education and support, personalized goal setting and additional maintenance support.
Cost: $250 for the full 12-week program; financial assistance is available for qualifying participants.
Registration: Registration is limited to 10 participants. If the current session is full or the dates do not work for you, you can also join the waiting list for a future Core4 session.
No referral is required, and participants do not need to be current MCH patients.

Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy hands-on activities, safety education, community resources, and time with local police, fire, EMS, and healthcare teams.
Activities will include Touch-a-Truck vehicle tours, K-9 demonstrations, a teddy bear clinic, face painting, lawn games, health screenings, Narcan training, hands-only CPR demonstrations, community partner booths, giveaways, and more. Food will be available for purchase, and the event will take place rain or shine.

The fall session of the Core4 Weight Management Program meets Wednesdays from September 23 through December 16, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the Bond Wellness Center conference room. There is no meeting on November 25.
Core4 offers a practical, supportive approach to weight management, nutrition, and everyday routines. The program focuses on eating, exercise, education, and energy, and includes two one-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian, weekly group education and support, personalized goal setting and additional maintenance support.
Cost: $250 for the full 12-week program; financial assistance is available for qualifying participants.
Registration: Registration is limited to 10 participants. If the current session is full or the dates do not work for you, you can also join the waiting list for a future Core4 session.
No referral is required, and participants do not need to be current MCH patients.

Event Description: Join Monadnock Community Hospital for National Night Out, a free, family-friendly celebration that brings community members and first responders together in a fun and welcoming environment.
This annual event is part of a nationwide movement to build strong partnerships between the public and emergency services, helping make neighborhoods safer and more connected. Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy hands-on activities, safety education, community resources, and time with local police, fire, EMS, and healthcare teams.

[post_content] => A 12-week program offering personalized nutrition guidance, weekly education and practical support from Registered Dietitians. Limited to 15 participants.
The fall session of the Core4 Weight Management Program meets Wednesdays from September 23 through December 16, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the Bond Wellness Center conference room. There is no meeting on November 25.
Core4 offers a practical, supportive approach to weight management, nutrition, and everyday routines. The program focuses on eating, exercise, education, and energy, and includes two one-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian, weekly group education and support, personalized goal setting and additional maintenance support.
Cost: $250 for the full 12-week program; financial assistance is available for qualifying participants.
Registration: Registration is limited to 10 participants. If the current session is full or the dates do not work for you, you can also join the waiting list for a future Core4 session.
No referral is required, and participants do not need to be current MCH patients.
