At Monadnock Community Hospital, our employees embody the heart of healthcare—a community of compassionate professionals whose dedication extends far beyond clinical excellence. The 2025 Employee Giving Campaign has demonstrated this commitment in remarkable ways, shattering previous records and creating meaningful impact across our organization. 

Breaking Records with Unprecedented Participation

The numbers tell an inspiring story: 

  • 65% employee participation rate (up from 53% last year) 
  • Over $26,000 raised for essential hospital programs 
  • Goal exceeded by 15 percentage points 

This remarkable level of engagement highlights the deep connection MCH employees have to the hospital’s mission and the well-being of both their colleagues and the community.

Strengthening Key Hospital Programs

Employee donations directly strengthen four vital areas: 

  • Caring for Co-Workers Fund
    Provides financial assistance to employees facing unexpected hardships. 
  • Employee Enrichment Fund
    Fuels workplace wellness initiatives and engagement events that help our team thrive. 
  • Unrestricted Fund
    Enables MCH to respond nimbly to emerging needs and opportunities, ensuring we can adapt to healthcare’s evolving landscape. 
  • Peter Gosline Scholarship Fund
    Invests in our future by supporting employees on an annual basis who are pursuing advanced education in healthcare fields.
