Employee Generosity Shines: A Strong Year for MCH Giving

At Monadnock Community Hospital, employees continue to embody the heart of healthcare. The 2026 Employee Giving Campaign brought together colleagues across departments to support one another and strengthen the care we provide to our community.

This year’s campaign demonstrated that giving remains a shared priority, reinforcing the culture of compassion and teamwork that defines MCH.

  • 295 employees participated
  • 58% employee participation rate
  • 117% of goal achieved
  • $24,442 raised to support hospital programs

Strengthening Key Hospital Programs

Employee contributions directly support programs that make a meaningful difference every day, including:

Caring for Co-workers
Provides financial assistance to MCH employees experiencing sudden hardship.
