Join Us for the 30th Annual Fall Foliage Golf Classic!

Monadnock Community Hospital’s 30th Annual Fall Foliage Golf Classic returns on Friday, September 11, 2026, at Crotched Mountain Golf Club in Francestown, NH—and we invite you to be part of a day of fun, community, and impact.

Tee Off for a Great Cause

This beloved tradition brings together supporters from across the region to enjoy a memorable day on the course while helping patients in need. Proceeds from the tournament benefit MCH’s Patient Financial Assistance Program, which helps local patients access essential medical care regardless of their ability to pay.

In 2025, the event raised $90,480—directly supporting MCH’s ability to provide over $650,000 annually in financial assistance. Your participation this year helps ensure every member of our community can receive compassionate, high-quality care when it matters most.
