Monadnock Community Hospital is proud to honor Cynthia K. McGuire, FACHE, as she prepares to retire at the end of February after twelve years of dedicated leadership, and nearly 50 years in healthcare. Since 2014, Cyndee has led MCH with compassion, clear vision, and a strong commitment to improving access to high-quality care across the Monadnock Region.

Her leadership helped expand essential services, support innovative programs, and strengthen MCH during both periods of growth and moments of challenge. She guided the organization through the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic with calm resolve and deep care for patients, families, and staff, embodying the values that define our mission.

As we prepare to celebrate her retirement, we extend heartfelt gratitude for her years of service and the lasting legacy she leaves behind.
