Compassionate care deserves to be recognized. Here’s how to share yours.

A kind word can mean so much. Whether it was a nurse, clinician, staff member, volunteer, department, or care team, we’ve made it easier to choose the right way to recognize exceptional care. You can thank a caregiver, nominate a nurse for The DAISY Award, leave an online review, or share feedback directly with our Patient Experience team. Every message helps us celebrate compassionate care and continue improving for our patients, families, and community.

The guide includes listings for support groups, behavioral health and substance use services, tobacco cessation, food banks, resources for parents and kids, youth programs, veteran resources, elder care, bereavement support, caregiver support, recreation departments, libraries, and other helpful community agencies.

This guide was produced by Be the Change Behavioral Health Task Force, a group of community volunteers committed to improving well-being in the Monadnock Region, in collaboration with the Monadnock Ledger-Transcript. Be the Change focuses on community education, behavioral health awareness, substance use prevention, and helping residents connect with local resources.
