Empowering You to Thrive

From Us to You

As we move into the month of May, we are grateful for the many ways our area comes together to support health and well-being across the Monadnock Region. From welcoming new families through programs like Cradle Monadnock, to helping individuals learn through seminars and support groups, each interaction reflects the relationships that make healthcare work in a small community.

This month also offers an opportunity to recognize the people behind those services. During National Hospital Week, we celebrate the teams who show up each day with skill, compassion, and a shared commitment to our patients and one another.

Women’s Health at Every Stage

Three generations of women sitting together on a couch, smiling and embracing. A grandmother sits in the middle with her daughter on her right and granddaughter on her left, all looking happy and content.

Women’s health spans every stage of your life, from preventive care and pregnancy to heart health, menopause, and beyond. Small, consistent steps can help prevent future health concerns, support recovery, and improve your energy and daily well-being, so you can continue doing the things that matter most in your daily life, from staying active to caring for family.

May is a reminder to focus on the full picture. Ongoing services, education, and support matter at every stage.

Cradle Monadnock Free Home Visits for New and Expecting Families

Welcoming a new baby is exciting, and it can also bring questions and challenges, especially once you are home and settling into a new routine. That is exactly why MCH launched Cradle Monadnock.

Through this free program, trained community paramedics from our Mobile Integrated Healthcare team visit eligible families before and after delivery. They check on the health of both parent and baby, offer newborn care guidance, and connect families with trusted local resources, providing reassurance during those first weeks at home when routines are still forming.

Enrollment is automatic for individuals receiving prenatal services through Monadnock OB/GYN who plan to give birth at MCH.

See how home visits can support you and your baby from day one.
