The Employee of the Month Program was created to recognize and celebrate those contributions. This program highlights individuals who embody Monadnock Community Hospital’s values of compassion, collaboration, honesty, and respect while demonstrating a commitment to excellence in their work.

Recognizing the People Who Make a Difference

The Employee of the Month Program provides an opportunity for employees to acknowledge colleagues who consistently make a positive impact. Nominations often reflect acts of kindness, teamwork, leadership, innovation, and dedication that help create a supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

By sharing these stories, we shine a light on the everyday moments that strengthen our culture and advance our mission of improving the health and well-being of our community.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Every Monadnock Community Hospital employee is eligible for nomination, including:

  • Clinical staff
  • Non-clinical staff
  • Frontline employees
  • Per diem employees
  • Providers
  • Leaders and managers

The program is designed to celebrate excellence across all departments and roles, recognizing that every team member contributes to the patient experience and the success of our organization.

How the Nomination Process Works

Employees are encouraged to nominate coworkers who demonstrate outstanding commitment to their work, colleagues, and patients.

Nominations include a brief description of how the individual has made a meaningful difference through their actions, attitude, or contributions. Each nomination is carefully reviewed as part of the monthly selection process.

A multidisciplinary Employee of the Month Committee evaluates nominations and selects the monthly honoree. Committee members represent a variety of departments and perspectives throughout the organization.

Honoring Outstanding Employees

Each Employee of the Month recipient receives special recognition for their achievement and is celebrated throughout the organization. Honorees are recognized through internal and external communications and receive:

  • A commemorative certificate
  • An Employee of the Month pin
  • A $100 gift card

These recognitions help share inspiring stories of excellence while reinforcing the values that guide patient care and teamwork at Monadnock Community Hospital.
