Thank a Caregiver
Honor a caregiver with a gift supporting local healthcare.
If a Monadnock Community Hospital employee made a lasting difference during your care, the Thank-a-Caregiver Program gives you a way to recognize that person while supporting the future of healthcare in our community. Patients and families can make a gift to the hospital in honor of a caregiver who went above and beyond. Caregivers recognized through this program receive a certificate and pin acknowledging their dedication.
Best for: Recognizing any MCH employee, department, clinician, or team member while making a tribute gift.
Nominate a Nurse for The DAISY Award
Recognize an extraordinary nurse through The DAISY Award.
The DAISY Award honors nurses who demonstrate extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care. Patients, family members, visitors, employees, and volunteers are invited to nominate a deserving MCH nurse by sharing a specific story about how that nurse made a meaningful difference.
Best for: Sharing a story about an MCH nurse who provided exceptional, compassionate care.
