Welcome New Medical Staff

At Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH), we are thrilled to introduce our newest medical staff members for 2026. These talented and dedicated professionals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our hospital, further strengthening our ability to provide exceptional care to our community. We are confident that their skills and compassionate approach will significantly benefit our patients and enhance the services we offer.

Carolyn Fernandes, MSN, FNP-BC

Carolyn provides primary care for patients of all ages, from wellness visits and preventive screenings to managing long-term conditions, with a focus on safe, compassionate care.

Antrim Medical Group
