For Christine TenBroeck of Fitzwilliam, finding a primary care provider was about much more than having a doctor on file. With a newborn son, a four-year-old daughter, and her own health needs to manage, it meant having someone in her corner and peace of mind for herself and her growing family.

“I finally got a primary care doctor after years of not having one,” she says.

Christine called Jaffrey Family Medicine and asked the team to choose a provider for her. That is when she was matched with Scott E. Smith, DO.

“He is so nice. He really cares about my issues and doesn’t make me feel rushed,” Christine says.

From her first appointment while pregnant to routine visits today, Dr. Smith has helped guide her care with warmth, clarity, and trust.

“The staff is amazing with my daughter. They interact with her, and I think it’s helping her not be afraid of going to the doctor.”

Christine appreciates the thoughtful touches, including children’s books in the waiting room and the reassurance of knowing she can call and be seen quickly when needed.

While managing her own chronic conditions, having a reliable and compassionate provider has been life-changing.

“It’s a relief to have a regular doctor again, knowing I can be seen when I need it.”
