[0] => Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) proudly announces that Shawn Harrington, MD, FAAPMR, has graduated from the 2025 cohort of the New Hampshire Physician Leadership Development Program (NHPLDP), a distinguished initiative designed to strengthen healthcare leadership across the state.
The program, a collaboration between the New Hampshire Medical Society, New Hampshire Hospital Association, and the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College, equips physicians with advanced skills in leadership, communication and management over a two-year, case-based curriculum.
Dr. Harrington, a board-certified physiatrist with Monadnock Orthopaedic Associates, was among six physicians statewide honored at the May 7 graduation ceremony. His completion of the NHPLDP reflects both his commitment to continuous professional growth and his deep dedication to the Monadnock community.
With more than 25 years of clinical experience and a focus on non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal conditions, Dr. Harrington plays a vital role in patient-centered, team-based care at MCH. His participation in the program enhances the hospital’s leadership capacity as it continues to evolve with the needs of the region.
