Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for improving health.
Designed for individuals with limited functional capacity, our Movement as Medicine program offers small-group physical therapy tailored to meet your unique needs—especially if you don’t qualify for other programs.

What You Can Expect:

  • Supervised Exercise in a Supportive Group Setting
    Guided by licensed physical therapists and exercise physiologists, this program meets three times per week over a 4–6 week period.

  • Individualized Attention
    Includes a physical therapy evaluation and optional nurse consultation for personalized recommendations.

  • Telemetry Monitoring Option
    For participants who may benefit from ongoing heart rate and rhythm monitoring during exercise.

  • Education for Lasting Impact
    Learn how movement supports your health and how to make safe, sustainable lifestyle changes to enhance your quality of life.

Who Should Join:

This program is ideal for individuals who:

  • Have limited physical capacity due to chronic conditions or injury
  • Are not eligible for cardiac rehab or other therapy-based programs
  • Want to regain strength, improve balance, or feel more confident in daily movement
