About: Kathy has extensive experience with Neurological, Orthopedic and Manual therapies, having worked in Acute and Long Term Rehab, School settings as well as Acute in and Out-patient settings. She has worked at Monadnock Community Hospital since 2017.
Her personal interest and participation include dance, gymnastics and springboard diving. She employs the Alexander Method, Feldenkrais and Cranial Sacral and Fascial Release work among other techniques in her treatments. She is intrigued at how the body heals with gentle guidance to re-learn movement in the patterns we are designed for, versus the patterns we end up over-using. Pain management is a major area of specialization.
Her and her husband have raised their children in Harrisville, NH where she serves her town as a volunteer on the Select Board. She enjoy sewing, making baskets, gardening and delving into early local history. With her family, She enjoys camping and demonstrating 18th Century life skills at Historic Sites in New England, New York and Canada.
