Registered Nurse Careers in Peterborough, NH

The right nursing role gives you room to use your judgment, rely on colleagues, and continue learning. At Monadnock Community Hospital, registered nurses care for patients at a 25-bed nonprofit Critical Access Hospital rooted in the Monadnock Region since 1923.

Here, nurses work with familiar colleagues who rely on one another throughout the day. In a smaller hospital setting, communication and collaboration help connect patient care across departments.

From medical-surgical nursing and the operating room to nursing roles in our medical practices, MCH offers opportunities to use your clinical judgment, build relationships, and grow professionally while caring for people throughout the Monadnock Region.

If you’re looking for a nursing career where you can get to know your team and see how your work contributes to patient care, explore our current RN opportunities.

A Team You Can See Yourself Joining

MCH nursing work includes medical-surgical care, surgical services, and office nursing across MCH practices. The hospital completed a significant renovation of its Medical-Surgical Unit in 2026, including a brighter care environment and dedicated workspace for the physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams.

MCH is recognized as an Age-Friendly Health System, reflecting our commitment to care designed around the needs of older adults.
