Nursing Careers and LNA Jobs in Peterborough, NH

Good patient care takes an entire nursing team. Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), registered nurses, and nursing leaders bring different skills to the same shared purpose: helping patients feel safe, heard, and cared for.

At MCH, nursing is built on collaboration and shared responsibility. Whether you’re beginning your healthcare career or looking for your next opportunity, you’ll find a community hospital committed to supporting its employees through professional development, education opportunities, and recognition.

Find your place on a nursing team where your contribution matters.

Many Roles. One Commitment to Patients.

LNAs play a hands-on role in patients’ comfort, mobility, personal care, and day-to-day experience. RNs assess patients, coordinate care, and collaborate across the clinical team. Nurse leaders help guide safe, effective care and support their colleagues.

Each opening describes the responsibilities, experience, hours, and credentials needed for that position. For a closer look at RN-specific opportunities, visit our dedicated RN careers page.

A Culture of Teamwork and Belonging

MCH celebrates employees through recognition and appreciation programs, and our nursing team participates in honors such as the DAISY Award. What matters just as much is the care colleagues bring to everyday work.

Education and Career Growth

For employees interested in further education, MCH has tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities. The Peter L. Gosline Employee Education Scholarship is open to qualifying full-time and part-time employees who have been employed at least 12 months and are pursuing a healthcare-related degree or certificate.

The Patricia Boyd Nursing Scholarship supports MCH employees advancing their nursing education. Eligibility for specific programs and credentials is determined through the scholarship process.

These are employee development opportunities, not promises of automatic funding upon hire.

Benefits That Care for You

Depending on employment status and scheduled hours, MCH offers health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement savings; paid time off; a lifestyle spending account; a childcare subsidy; and a free local gym membership. Program requirements and eligibility vary.
