The Role of the Pelvic Floor

Factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, and age-related changes can impact pelvic health, making it an essential area of focus.

Strategies for Incontinence and Lifestyle Adjustments

The seminar delved into the different types of incontinence, including stress and urge incontinence. Nelson emphasized the importance of controlling fluid intake, recognizing irritants, and performing targeted pelvic floor exercises like Kegels.
