The body retains an incredible ability to heal itself after you stop smoking, and Monadnock Community Hospital’s QUIT 2b FIT program is here to help you on this journey. As the region’s most comprehensive smoking cessation program, QUIT 2b FIT offers a supportive group environment that focuses on education, behavior modification, mindfulness, and exercise.

Our program tailors treatment strategies to your individual needs, ensuring the most effective path to becoming smoke-free. Participants benefit from the expertise of our Wellness Coaches and Pulmonary Program Specialists, who lead the sessions with compassion and understanding.
