Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects millions of women worldwide and is one of the most common hormonal conditions among women of reproductive age. While PCOS can cause irregular periods, weight gain, and fertility challenges, research shows that nutrition and lifestyle changes can significantly improve symptoms and overall well-being. 

In the United States, PCOS affects approximately 5 million women. While there’s no cure, research demonstrates that targeted nutrition interventions can reduce insulin resistance by up to 30% and significantly improve quality of life
