Cynthia K. McGuire, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer
Cyndee joined Monadnock Community Hospital in February, 2014. She has over 30 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings, coming to MCH from Adirondack Health based in Saranac lake, NY. Ms. McGuire received a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY and is a Fellow with the American College of Health Care Executives. She and her husband, Harry, live in Peterborough.
Laura A. Gingras, CPA, CFRE
Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Relations
Laura joined MCH in 2000 and has 20 years of experience in health care development and communications. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Glassboro State University and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Emmanuel College. Laura also holds a CPA certification. She is past President of the Peterborough Rotary Club, past Chair of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce Board, and a member of The River Center Board. Laura lives in Peterborough with her husband Dave.
Michael Lindberg, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Michael Lindberg joined MCH in 2015 as the Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Lindberg works closely with our CEO, Cyndee McGuire, our medical staff, and our executive team to provide the highest quality care and services to those we serve. Dr. Lindberg has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Lindberg also earned a master’s degree from Purdue University and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown.
Vicki Loughery, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Vicki joined MCH in February of 2011. She has 26 years of Nursing experience in a variety of settings, and currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. She has previous management experience in Acute Care, Home Care, Research and Education as well as a Clinical Nursing Instructor. Vicki resides in Wilton with her husband Joe and has one daughter, Kristen, who resides in Miami, Fl.
John Sansone, SPHR
Vice President, HR
John joined MCH in January of 2013. John has 30 years of Human Resources experience. John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and some advanced work from North Texas State. He has a SPHR designation (Senior Professional Human Resources) which is top designation in HR field. John’s most recent work experience was leading the HR function for the Peerless Insurance Company. As Vice President of HR , John was an active member of the Presidents Executive team for the Insurance Company. John is past President of the Monadnock Big Brother, Big Sister program and currently has his own Theater production group, “Small Pond Theater”. John is a Keene, NH resident where he resides with his wife Margaret.
Richard Scheinblum, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Rich has been with MCH for 14 years, as Controller, Director of Peri-operative Services and now as Chief Financial Officer. He obtained his BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, and his MBA from Plymouth State College. Rich’s work experience includes a mental health facility, a children’s hospital, an insurance company and a rehabilitation facility. He resides in Dublin, with his two young sons.
