Thank You to Our Dedicated Employees

In 2023, the year of Monadnock Community Hospital’s centennial, we celebrated an incredible milestone thanks to the generosity and dedication of our staff. A record-breaking 271 employees participated in the annual Employee Giving Campaign, raising an astounding $25,000. This heartfelt contribution will support vital funds at MCH, including the Annual Fund, Reach Out & Read, Employee Resilience Committee, Peter Gosline Scholarship Fund, Monadnock Behavioral Health, and the Dr. Mark Luedke Education Fund.

The success of this campaign is a testament to our employees’ unwavering commitment to enhancing patient care and supporting their colleagues and community. By contributing to the Employee Resilience Committee and the Dr. Mark Luedke Education Fund, our staff helps foster a supportive work environment and further educational opportunities, ensuring MCH remains a center of excellence.

Additionally, the generosity extended towards the Monadnock Behavioral Health fund highlights our collective dedication to providing comprehensive mental health services and resources for our community. The Reach Out & Read initiative, which promotes early childhood literacy, also benefits from this campaign, demonstrating our employees’ commitment to fostering health and well-being beyond hospital walls.

We are immensely grateful to each and every employee who participated in this year’s campaign. Your contributions not only help sustain vital programs but also inspire hope and positive change throughout our community. Together, we are making a meaningful impact and continuing MCH’s legacy of compassion and care for the next 100 years.

Thank you for your remarkable generosity and dedication. Your commitment to our mission is what makes Monadnock Community Hospital truly special.
