Temporary Relocation During Renovations
We are pleased to share that beginning in November, Jaffrey Family Medicine (JFM) and Jaffrey Physical Therapy (JPT) will undergo renovations to enhance patient care and improve facilities. To ensure continuity of services, JFM and JPT providers will be temporarily relocated as follows:
Effective November 17, 2025
Scott Smith, DO; Jennifer Romanelli, APRN; and Douglas Schuster, DO will see patients at Rindge Family Practice, 145 Route 202, Rindge, NH 03461.
Effective November 24, 2025
Douglas Schuster, DO; Cheryl Evans, APRN; and Lauren Stacy, APRN will see patients at New Ipswich Family Medicine, 821 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich, NH 03071.
Jaffrey Physical Therapy will also temporarily relocate to the New Ipswich Family Medicine location.

Why are Jaffrey Family Medicine and Jaffrey Physical Therapy relocating?
Both practices are undergoing renovations to improve facilities and enhance the patient care experience.
When will the relocation begin?
- The first part of the move will occur Thursday, November 13 and Friday, November 14.
Patients of Dr. Scott Smith, Dr. Douglas Schuster, and Jennifer Romanelli, APRN, will be seen beginning Monday, November 17 in the Rindge Family Practice location. - The second part of the move will occur Thursday, November 20 and Friday, November 21.
Patients of Dr. Douglas Schuster, Cheryl Evans, APRN, and Lauren Stacy, APRN, will be seen beginning Monday, November 24 in the New Ipswich Family Medicine location.
Jaffrey Physical Therapy will also relocate to the New Ipswich Family Medicine location as of Monday, November 24.

Findings of the iVantage Health Analytics study on the nation’s Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) shed new, multi-dimensional light on the characteristics of the Top 100 performing CAHs. The 2013 “Benchmark Performance for Critical Access Hospitals” study is a trending study of the rural hospital industry.

Findings of the iVantage Health Analytics study on the nation’s Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) shed new, multi-dimensional light on the characteristics of the Top 100 performing CAHs. The 2013 “Benchmark Performance for Critical Access Hospitals” study is a trending study of the rural hospital industry.
