Monadnock Community Hospital is 25-bed, critical access community hospital offering a wide range of medical services to residents in Cheshire, Hillsborough and Merrimack counties.

In recent years, we have built and expanded significantly. In 2013, we opened a newer, larger Emergency Department, and in 2014 we celebrated the grand opening of our new Birthing Suite. In 2015, MCH opened a new Oncology Infusion Center. All of these building projects are a reflection of our commitment to our patients, and of the support we enjoy in the local community.
Quality of Care
Inpatient satisfaction surveys, MCH exceeded U.S. national averages in 12 out of 13 benchmarks and achieved a 4-star rating overall.
Community Outreach
Encouraging a healthy community is an important part of the MCH mission. By listening to the needs of the people we serve, we’ve been able to create solutions to the health challenges faced by our neighbors. From providing a state-of-the-art wellness center to sending our dental hygienist to local schools, to helping pay for prescription drugs, whatever our community needs, when our community faces health challenges, we respond.
