Whether you are expecting your first baby or your fifth, the Cradle Monadnock Program is here to support you through the exciting and challenging journey of parenthood. Developed by highly trained community paramedics as part of the Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) program, Cradle Monadnock provides home visits before and after childbirth to help ensure the health of both parent and baby.

What We Offer:

During these home visits, our community paramedics will:

  • Evaluate the health of the birthing parent, including blood pressure checks and post-partum depression screening.
  • Provide newborn weight checks and guidance on newborn care.
  • Connect families to essential community resources and social support.
  • Offer newborn home safety evaluations, covering safe sleeping practices and age-appropriate development.
  • Encourage and reassure new parents with practical advice and resources to navigate the challenges of early parenthood.
