Overview
Core4 Weight Management Program: Fall Session Begins September 23

Registration is open for the fall session of the Core4 Weight Management Program. The 12-week program meets Wednesdays from September 23 through December 16, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the Bond Wellness Center conference room. There is no meeting on November 25.

Core4 is designed for adults who want practical support with weight management, nutrition, and everyday routines. Rather than relying on restrictive diets or short-term plans, the program focuses on realistic changes that can be adapted to individual needs and daily life.

The program is built around four connected areas:

  • Eating
  • Exercise
  • Education
  • Energy

Participants receive:

  • Two one-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian
  • Weekly group education and support
  • Personalized goal setting
  • Practical nutrition strategies
  • Accountability and encouragement
  • Additional maintenance support

The full 12-week program costs $250. Financial assistance is available for qualifying participants.

No referral is required, and participants do not need to be current Monadnock Community Hospital patients.

Registration is limited to 10 participants.

If the current session is full or the dates do not work for you, you can also join the waiting list for a future Core4 session.
