The Importance of Getting Your Flu Shot This Season

As the weather grows colder, it’s a time to reflect on the importance of getting your annual flu shot. Influenza affects millions of people every year and can be a serious, even life-threatening illness for vulnerable populations.

Getting vaccinated not only helps protect yourself but also those around you, particularly individuals who are at higher risk, such as young children, the elderly, and those with compromised immune systems.
