Trusted Recognition for Compassionate Care

Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) has been named among the nation’s top hospitals for nurse communication, earning a five-star rating in the federal HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey. This recognition was highlighted in Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of “529 Top Hospitals for Nurse Communication.”

Nurse communication goes beyond sharing medical information—it’s about listening, reassuring, and guiding patients with compassion. The recognition reflects the trust our patients place in MCH nurses to provide care that is clear, respectful, and supportive.
