At Monadnock Community Hospital, we offer a welcoming Parent Support Group where parents and caregivers can connect, share experiences, and receive guidance during the early months of parenthood.

Key benefits of joining our Parent Support Group include:

Peer Support: Connect with other parents and caregivers and learn from shared experiences.
Expert Guidance: Receive professional insight from experienced facilitators on a range of parenting topics.
Community Connection: Build relationships and a sense of belonging with other local families.
Resources and Information: Access helpful tools and information to support you with confidence.

The group meets every Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:00 am at the Bond Wellness Center conference room and provides a supportive space to connect with other families while receiving guidance on feeding concerns, sleep challenges, parenting questions, and more. Sessions are led by an RN or lactation consultant from our award-winning MCH Birthing Suite.

This is a free, drop-in group open to families with infants from birth through 12 months of age. No registration is required.

Childbirth Education Classes: These sessions cover the stages of labor, pain management techniques, and what to expect during delivery. You'll also learn about postpartum care and newborn essentials.
Breastfeeding Support: Our lactation consultants provide valuable guidance on breastfeeding, helping you and your baby get off to a great start.
Parenting Workshops: These workshops offer practical advice and support on various aspects of parenting, from sleep routines to infant safety.

Baby and Me Parent Support Group

Monadnock Community Hospital is a nonprofit hospital serving the Monadnock Region since 1923.
