Carolyn provides primary care for patients of all ages—from preventive screenings and annual checkups to treatment for illnesses and management of chronic conditions. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting their overall well-being.
About Carolyn Fernandes
Carolyn earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University in Florida. Before joining Antrim Medical Group, she served as a nurse practitioner with CMC-WSI Healthcare for the Homeless in Manchester, NH, and Keady Family Practice in Claremont, NH. She brings many years of nursing experience across a variety of clinical settings.
She shares, “I look forward to working closely with colleagues and patients to provide safe and compassionate care.”
