Dr. Gilbert, a board-certified gastroenterologist, leads Monadnock Gastroenterology Associates (MGA)—a practice he helped establish in 2024 that has already completed more than 2,000 procedures in its inaugural year. His work spans colorectal cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease management, and patient-centered education, with a profound commitment to preventive care and long-term digestive health. 

Academically distinguished, Dr. Gilbert graduated from Sidney Kimmel Medical College, trained in internal medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock, and completed a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Rochester. He also holds a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth, bringing a strategic, systems-thinking approach to patient care.
