Monadnock Community Hospital Honored for Excellence in Outcomes

Recognized Among the Nation’s Top Rural Hospitals for Outstanding Patient Results

Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) has been recognized with a 2025 Performance Leadership Award for Outcomes from The Chartis Center for Rural Health. The announcement coincides with National Rural Health Day, celebrated on November 20, 2025, which honors the dedication and achievements of healthcare providers serving rural communities nationwide. This national recognition highlights hospitals achieving top-quartile performance (those ranking in the 75th percentile or above) for delivering outstanding patient results and continuous improvement in rural healthcare.

The Chartis Center for Rural Health’s Performance Leadership Awards are based on the Rural Hospital Performance INDEX, the industry’s most comprehensive and objective assessment of rural hospital performance across quality, outcomes, and patient perspective.

“MCH is honored to be recognized among leading rural hospitals nationwide,” said Denise Lord, Vice President of Organizational Performance at Monadnock Community Hospital. “This award reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to providing high-quality care care and service to our community.”
