Monadnock’s Mobile Integrated Healthcare Enhances Rural Patient Care

Monadnock Community Hospital’s Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) program is closing rural care gaps by bringing essential services directly to patients’ homes. Staffed by community paramedics, the team provides wound care, lab tests, immunizations, and telehealth support.

In 2025, Cradle Monadnock will launch, offering pre- and post-delivery home visits for maternity patients, connecting families to vital resources.

By collaborating with local healthcare providers, MCH ensures seamless, high-quality care for rural communities, improving health outcomes where access is limited.
