  • Children’s Suspension (100 mg/5 ml):
    • 22-32 lbs: 1 teaspoon
    • 33-43 lbs: 1.5 teaspoons
    • 44-54 lbs: 2 teaspoons
    • 55-65 lbs: 2.5 teaspoons
    • 66-80 lbs: 3 teaspoons
  • Children’s Chewable Tablets (50 mg):
    • 22-32 lbs: 1 tablet
