[post_content] => This 2 day class covers the role of the support person; stages of labor; strategies for managing early labor and working with your team of caregivers; anesthesia and delivery options; and routine postpartum and baby care. A guided hospital tour is also included. Each couple will receive a copy of Understanding Birth. This book provides online access to videos, printable charts, checklists and information sheets. Refreshments will be served.

The cost for this two-day class is $50. Check with your insurance carrier to determine coverage. We do not want cost to be prohibitive; please let us know if this is a barrier for you. Making sure that you have the education you need is important to us.
