Key highlights of the award-winning program include:

Providing primary care patient services
Sending community paramedics directly to patients' homes
Offering services like wound care and vaccinations

According to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, this program is remarkably effective. In 2022, it represented 49 percent of total visits across the state's 12 Mobile Integrated Healthcare programs, making it one of the busiest in New Hampshire.

Sean Burke, The Sentinel's president and COO, praised the program for "meeting a dire need in our community" by reaching patients where they are and improving both health and social factors.

Previously, she was in practice with Greene Health Partners in Xenia, Ohio. She holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Michigan, and received her D.O. degree in May 1997 from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
