Follow My Health is an account that is connected to our electronic medical record systems in the Laboratory, Emergency Department, Radiology, Obstetrics and more. The FollowMyHealth account allows patients to collect and track their own health information.

Why is MCH offering this new account?

Healthcare regulations require that MCH has an electronic patient portal for our non-outpatient locations to meet the requirements that patients have access to their health information electronically.

Is FollowMyHealth the same as the Healow Patient Portal?

No, this is separate patient portal that is only connected to these non-outpatient departments. Patients will have to access the FMH portal for specific information, including lab results, diagnostic imaging results, Emergency Department visit details and inpatient admission information. This account will not be connected to the Healow patient portal for primary care and outpatient services.
