Dr. Terrence R. McNamara is a board-certified Physiatrist and Pain Physician with a focus on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, and currently serves as the Medical Director of Pain Medicine at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, New Hampshire. With nearly 15 years of experience in the Monadnock area, Dr. McNamara offers specialized services for spine pain, joint/muscle pain, and general pain management.

His treatment options include various injections, medication prescriptions, physical therapy, and acupuncture for spine and musculoskeletal pain. Additionally, he provides non-surgical options such as guided injections, physical modalities, and unique services like cooled radiofrequency ablation for knee pain and Botox for migraine headaches.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. McNamara is actively involved in the community, having coached youth sports and varsity lacrosse at Conval High School. When not in the office, he can often be found supporting his children at sports events and spending time with his family.
