Join Monadnock Community Hospital for Your Health Check-In: Health & Wellness Pop-Up, a free community mini health fair focused on preventive health and wellness.

Drop in anytime between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. for a free blood pressure check, conversation with MCH clinicians and staff, and practical health information and resources.

Brought to you by the MCH Population Health Team.

Topics will include:

  • Diabetes education and resources
  • Nutrition information
  • Heart health education
  • Kidney health screening information for people with diabetes
  • Diabetic eye health education
  • Breast and cervical cancer screening information
  • Colon cancer prevention information
  • Vitamin D and its role in overall health

Short Health Talks

  • Vitamin D with Liz Peters, RN, ACSM EP-C
  • Cholesterol with Robert Spencer, MD, FACC, and Brooke O’Connor FNP-C, APRN, CCK

Attendees can also enter to win raffle prizes including a walking pad, Green Grocer gift card, air fryer with cookbook, and automatic blood pressure cuff. Giveaways will also be available during the event.

This is a drop-in event. No registration is required. Visit the tables that interest you and stay for as little or as long as works for you.

Free blood pressure checks will be available. All other health topics are informational only; no additional screenings or testing will be offered.
