2009 Flu Vaccine Information:

Monadnock Community Hospital Sixth Annual Drive-Thru Flu Clinic

Date: Wednesday, September 16th
Time: 8 a.m. thru 4 p.m.
Location: Front entrance to the hospital
Cost: $25

Must be 18 years or older. This service is NOT covered by insurance. To use your insurance or Medicare, please schedule an appt. with your regular physician. You do not have to park or get out of your car, just wear clothing that will allow easy access to your upper arm.
