Personal Training
Working one-on-one with a certified personal trainer can help you achieve your exercise goals, such as:
- Learning proper exercise techniques and how to get the most out of your workouts
- Strengthening your body overall or in specific areas
- Training for a special event, such as a road race, a marathon, or a major competition
During your first session, your personal trainer will review your exercise and injury history, conduct a posture analysis, and assess your current program. Together, you will discuss your personal goals and develop a plan to reach them.
Throughout your personal training sessions, your trainer will teach you new exercises and proper techniques and will help you stay focused and motivated along the way.
Rates
Per hour:
- $40 - $45/hour for members
- $50 - $55/hour for non-members
Package Rates:
- 6 sessions
- $200 - $225 for members
- $250 for non-members
- 8 sessions
- $260 - $290 for members
- $325 for non-members
- 12 sessions
- $400 - $450 for members
- $500 for non-members
