Bernadette is qualified to design conditioning programs for seniors with
proper technique to decrease risk of injury.   A Total mind body connection is needed in order to make health and fitness a lasting change and lifelong connection.  An evaluation of your health history, lifestyle, and goals are used to design a personalized program to meet your needs.

Learn a new activity: Water aerobics, cardio-conditioning, light muscle training, safe stretching, post-rehabilitation exercises.

I teach arthritis classes and water aerobics. I like to encourage Qi-gong for better balance.

I facilitate the Parkinson Support Group, which meets the third Thursday of every month.

It could be said that to increase our health we need to be more like music, more able to flow from one position to another.
