Pilates Workout

Includes more challenging exercises, as essential levels are mastered. Strongly recommend prior pilates training.

ADVANCED POWER MAT PILATES*

This challenging non-stop pilates class includes intermediate and advanced repetoire for the toughest workout on the mat.

Expands on the basic mat repetoire, including intermediate level exercises - increasing strength, endurance & flexibility.

Essential Pilates*

This mat class introduces movement patterns that emphasize pelvic and spinal stability, muscle balance and endurance.

Pilates for Osteoporosis*

Location: Wellness Center

OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS. Class Runs for 6-Weeks.
Specifically for those with low bone density. Pilates based exercises to improve posture and increase core strength without bending or twisting.
