Forever Fit*

A little more intense than ABC's. Low-impact cardio training, interspersed with strength training using light weights, props and chairs. Gentle yet challenging.

Location: Fitness

Get your cardio, strength and stretching done in 45 minutes. The class will move you quickly from one segment to the next for a fun calorie-blasting workout.

Combines elements of yoga, tai chi, tai kwondo and modern dance. Experience the joy of movement the body's way.
