General Information
How to Register for a Class:

All participants are required to preregister due to space considerations.
If you are unable to attend a program for which you are enrolled, please contact the EMS Department (via e-mail or voice mail) to cancel your registration. We often have waiting lists for programs and can offer your place in a class to someone else that is looking to attend.
Registration Fees:
Registration Fees are due by the first day of class. Payment may be by check or money order made out to Monadnock Community Hospital, unless otherwise indicated in the program description. If a department is paying for tuition and/or books, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure payment.
Cancellation / Refunds
Registrants will be notified as soon as possible in the event a program is changed or cancelled. In case of inclement weather, if the ConVal School District cancels school, classes scheduled for that day will be cancelled. If school is not in session, please call the hospital operator at 603-924-7191 to inquire about course cancellations. The EMS Department reserves the right to cancel a program due to minimal enrolment and will notify registrants in advance for any program cancellation. Registrants will receive a full refund for any program cancelled by the EMS Department, or program coordinator. Course completions cards / Contact hour and/or EMS Continuing Education Certificates will not be issued until registration fees are paid in full.
Books / Materials:
The American heart Association requires all participants to have access to the appropriate AHA Material before, during, and after class. If a student already has the appropriate material, and new material is issued to the student, the material may be returned on the first day of class, IF THE MATERIAL IS STILL IN THE WRAPPER. If the books are opened, it will be the student’s responsibility to purchase the materials. Cards will not be issued until all materials are paid in full. If participants already have current textbooks (Copyrighted 2006 or newer), the price of the textbook will be deducted from the cost of the course. Please advise that you do have the materials when you sign up for courses.
Program Locations / Parking:
Programs are conducted at various locations on and off the hospital campus. Please review the confirmation letter that will be sent to you when you enroll for the exact course location. If a location is changed, registrants will be notified as soon as possible. Directions to MCH are available here. Parking may be limited in some areas due to ongoing construction projects. Please allow adequate time to locate a parking space.
